Coming back to DeviantArt makes me feel like I've been dead.

Whoa.

I promise I haven't been dead; but I'm not making any more promises.

I don't seem to be able to draw anymore; I don't have any photoshop skills, and my camera has had a dead battery for six months.

In short, I don't think I'm in place to make any "art" for a while.

It would take me two years to write out everything that has been pulling me away from my passion, and of course you aren't really interested in reading all of that anyway. So I'll spare you. x]

Suffice it so say I've been through a lot since May 17, 2007. (My last date of activity) and I've been incredibly busy on top of that.

It's good to be back to the DA community, though =]

I am acutely aware of the fact that you all missed me terribly.

I recently made it back home from a trip to Florida with mah boyfriend and his family. I took four rolls of film from that trip. I also bought a new sketchbook - a hardback book with the characters from Bleach on the front cover. Saweet. I've been practicing with Photoshop, too.

All of that to say that I hope I will have a few things to submit over the next few days.

I also promise to become a little more focused with replying to your comments, and with making comments myself on all of your work. I've been slacking; I'm such a bad DA friend.

I'm working on a site - a blog, more specifically. I'll let you guys know more as this project progresses. I'm more than sure I will find ways for you to help me.

So...I've been gone a while...how has everyone been?

It is my friend's birthday today! Visit his page and give him lots of birthday wishes, and comment on some of his work.

SPAMMALOT, PEOPLE!!!

School starts tomorrow. My friends all laugh at my obvious dread, saying to themselves, "She's a homeschooler, she does school at her kitchen table! She has nothing to dread!"

I can only blankly stare. If only they knew!

At least, my biology labs at the college in Memphis don't start back this week. We're dissecting this next semester, too. *fuuun*

Anyway, point of this blog was to say I probably won't be on much......I need to hit my studies like there's no tomorrow. I'm behind in mathematics because we switched curriculum in the MIDDLE OF THE YEAR....grr....my English came obnoxiously late in the mail this year, and I forgot all about reading my wellness book.

Besides, my monthly writing class starts again...four papers a month. Bleh.

Either way, after this school year and the studies I have this summer, I'll only have..two credits to get my senior year...nah...three. Geometry, English, and A&.



Then I'm going to have to get a job. Babysitting won't hold me over in my "getting into college adventures", I don't think.

Not only that, if I dont' get my learner's permit and start driving by the end of this month my parents are going to murder me. Or at least ground me.

ACT's happen this next semester too, I think.

Anyway, I'm rambling. But I'll be rather busy and have decided it's in my best interest to avoid being as insanely active on the internet as I am now...which in turn means I probably will not have an many deviations to submit...since I'll probably be doing school on saturdays and at night in addition to my required four hours a day. Psssh.
